1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hari browser extension and related websites (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account and provide a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Hari offers paid subscription plans that provide access to full translation and immersion features (the "Subscription"). The specific features and pricing of each Subscription plan are described at the time of purchase.
4.2 Fees and Payment
The Subscription fee is 20 USD per month, or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance for each monthly billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize us and/or Stripe to charge the applicable Subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
4.4 No Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you cancel your Subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund or credit for any unused portion of the period.
4.5 Price Changes
We may change the Subscription fees in the future. Any price changes will apply only to subsequent billing periods and, where required by law, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or via the method provided in the Service or by the payment processor.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, are using the Service in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or as required by law.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice of termination and the reasons for it.
6. License and Acceptable Use
6.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Hari browser extension for your personal, non-commercial use.
6.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
- Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to infringe, violate, or misappropriate the rights of others.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that translations will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
